Action day: AI and us - understanding, experiencing, discussing

"AI and Us - Understanding, Experiencing, Discussing" - this is the motto of an action day offered by the Volkshochschule (VHS) and Fachhochschule Dortmund on Saturday, November 11, from 1 to 7 p.m. at Kampstraße 47. Admission is free.

Lectures and discussions will focus on artificial intelligence (AI) - witty, entertaining, informative and guaranteed to involve real people. Guests include researchers and AI experts, artists and experts from companies, the media and Fachhochschule Dortmund.

The focus will be on how AI is changing the world of work, the opportunities and risks of AI for journalism, how AI is transforming education and the value of artistic and creative work if art can also be produced artificially.

Several "learning islands" in the foyer and in the VHS.DigitalLab invite you to try things out. Registration is not required.
