About the project
SUITE lays the technical foundations for creating value-added services for the residents of smart homes with minimally invasive smart home equipment and additional devices such as smart audio systems, fitness trackers and intelligent electricity meters.
On this basis, the Fachhochschule Dortmund is designing and implementing intelligent data aggregation and provision for AI-supported services in and with a smart home. The spectrum of applications ranges from comfort and energy monitoring functions to assistance and emergency services. The project results will be tested together with the project partners in appropriately equipped rental apartments of VONOVIA SE.
