Organizer
The Faculty of Business Studies invites all students and interested parties to the lecture "Diversity & Inclusion under Interrogation: Real Values or Strategic Facade?" in the POS series of the winter semester.
Content: We will dive into the world of diversity and inclusion in the corporate context. Using honest examples and critical analysis, we will examine whether D&I initiatives are really aimed at ethical commitment and sustainability or whether they are actually pursuing completely different goals. Among other things, we ask: Which stakeholders are involved? What are their motivators? Why are we doing D&I work? And what challenges do we face?"
