About the location

Campus Sonnenstraße, or SON for short, is located close to the center of Dortmund. The Max-Ophüls-Platz site and the main shopping street Westenhellweg in the city center are both a ten-minute walk away. Westpark, one of the district's green oases, is a five-minute walk away.

Fachhochschule Dortmund celebrates its annual summer festival with students, employees, their families and local residents in the large courtyard of the campus on Sonnenstraße.
