The Office for Student Affairs supports key phases of the student life cycle. All matters relating to applications, allocation of study places, enrolment, examination matters or de-registration are coordinated by the fixed contact persons at the Student Office for each degree program.
If you are in the middle of the application process, please contact the Admissions Office in the Office for Student Affairs if you have any questions about your current application.
Students at Fachhochschule Dortmund should contact the responsible administrator in the Examinations Office directly and use the student e-mail address for your inquiry. Please also state your study program and matriculation number in your request.
Documents for the Office for Student Affairs can be deposited all day in the in-house mailbox at the gate at the main entrance to the building at Sonnenstraße 96.
