The Office for Student Affairs at Dortmund University of Applied Sciences and Arts is increasing its services for students. Opening hours will be extended from 9 to 16 hours per week. From Monday, June 17, 2024, the contact persons will be available at the following times
- Monday and Tuesday: from 9.30 to 12.00 and from 13.30 to 15.00 open consultation hours and by appointment
- Wednesday: open consultation hours from 9.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m.
- Thursday: from 9.30 to 12.00 and from 13.30 to 16.00 open consultation hours and by appointment
- Friday: only agreed telephone appointments
The team at the Student Office recommends making appointments to avoid waiting times (booked appointments have priority) and to reach the right staff member. Appointments can be made by e-mail and telephone with the respective clerk, probably from July 1, 2024 also with a new online appointment booking system.
