"What you always wanted to tell us ...": Library collects feedback

Published

The library wants to find out what its users think about it. To this end, up to and including December 20, 2024, there will be walls and mailboxes at all three locations where everyone can submit their feedback in the form of letters - anonymously if they wish. The motto is: "What you always wanted to tell us ..."

The letters begin with the salutation "Dear Library" and can be about anything to do with the library. Whether short keywords, longer sentences, poems and/or self-drawn pictures - the library team welcomes all feedback. Criticism and praise are equally welcome.

The aim is to find out what students, employees and external users are concerned about. What do they like, where do they see room for improvement? What suggestions do they have? What would they like to see? Which wishes have perhaps already been fulfilled? Whether it's about the inventory or the learning spaces, counseling, other services or simply feel-good factors for learning on site - let us know!

The feedback will be evaluated at the beginning of 2025 and information on what the team will take away from the campaign will then be available on the library's website.

An online form for digital letters is also available for anyone who doesn't want to or doesn't want to visit the library, and for those who simply prefer to type:
