With the start of the winter semester, the departments of Department III (Studies and International Affairs) and Family Services will once again be offering face-to-face consultation hours at the Sonnenstraße and Emil-Figge-Straße locations.
This page gives you an overview of which additional services are available at which times (from September 3, 2024)
- at Sonnenstraße 96 (building A: rooms 0.06, 0.08, 0.10) and
- at Emil-Figge-Straße 38 (first floor: rooms 0.20, 0.20a, 0.20b).
Office for Student Affairs
The Office for Student Affairs will be happy to counsel you in person, by telephone and online.
The Office for Student Affairs' face-to-face consultations usually take place at Joseph-von-Fraunhofer-Straße 23:
- Monday and Tuesday: 9.30 am - 12 noon and 1.30 pm - 3 pm, open consultation hours and by appointment
- Wednesday: 09.30 - 12.30, open consultation hours
- Thursday: 9.30 a.m. - 12 noon and 1.30 p.m. - 4 p.m., open consultation hours and by appointment
- Friday: counseling exclusively online or by telephone by appointment
From the winter semester 2024/25, there will be an additional advisory service at the locations Emil-Figge-Straße 38 and Sonnenstraße 96. The consultation hours are based on the times mentioned above. Please note that the submission of final theses and the collection of final documents can only take place at the location Joseph-von-Fraunhofer-Straße.
On the Mondays and Thursdays mentioned above, there is always a person from the Student and Examination Administration for the faculty listed in the left column on site. If required, please contact your responsible administrative office directly to find out the specific date of attendance at Emil-Figge-Straße or Sonnenstraße.

- Wednesday: 09.30 - 12.30 and 13.00 - 15.30, consultation hours by appointment only
- Thursday: 9.30 a.m. - 12.30 p.m., open consultation hours
- OnTuesdays and Fridays, counseling is only available online by appointment.
