Content

This book offers a lean and accessible introduction to linear algebra. Almost 200 fully calculated examples, a good 100 exercises with solutions and around 50 self-tests with solutions facilitate access to the subject. The whole thing is rounded off by around 60 sketches in the text as well as an interactive pdf tool available online for generating random problems including solutions.

The book is aimed at students in degree programs with compulsory mathematical courses at undergraduate level at universities and universities of applied sciences. It is ideally suited both as supplementary reading for corresponding lectures and for self-study.
